When the stresses of our everyday life mount up, it can feel like everything is a struggle. Even plans to alleviate the tension can backfire and add more stress. Patterns of life‘s battles can get blown up to overwhelming proportions. It’s easy to lose the connection to our natural peaceful Self or even the motivation to keep going.
Your inner voices keep echoing … “why me?” “I’m done.” “I can’t take it anymore.” Sounds familiar?
Yet inside, something tells you to keep going. Your true Self is inside, it is waiting to be felt by YOU.
Easier said than done, right? Well, you have no choice, but to keep keeping on.
First, the negative patterns of the mind that started the chaos have to be interrupted. Those negative patterns are tools of the mind to try and convince us that we need to hold onto the struggle and pain of our past. The mind is trying to convince us that we are those patterns.
Good news… You are not your patterns or behaviors. The mind’s existence depends on us believing its story about the struggle of life.
Yet our true Self is so much more than that. The mind feels threatened by the peaceful state of our true Self inside.
Stress hormones kick in and the body tenses. In that threatened state, the mind tells the body to prepare its defenses. Blood vessels constrict. The body, most importantly the brain, gets oxygen starved. An oxygen-starved brain is a minefield of confusion. As soon as this starts happening it’s time for a self-imposed cease-fire. The sooner the better. It’s time to breathe.
Breathwork will break the patterns of self-sabotaging patterns, anxiety, low energy and so much much more. It is time to give your brain the oxygen it needs to feel ALIVE and worthy to push to your next level. With defenses let down, inner peace is released to heal and comfort by reminding us of our true Source.

Pick your favorite song with a fun beat and breath along to the song. Do this every day at least once and evaluate after 5-7 days if you experience more inner peace, less anxiety, more happiness and see the world just a bit brighter.

We can always find a reason not to pursue our dreams, not to take action, just watch in the sidelines, or not to play hard. Our reasons can seem perfectly…well…reasonable, or so it seems. We have this incredible ability to justify why we can’t do something – especially to ourselves. We can convince ourselves of almost anything; that we are just being realistic, responsible, and smart. It’s probably for the best; we try to convince ourselves…we really did not want it anyway.

Excuses aren’t really reasons, they’re just how we justify not pursuing what we want in life. The truth is, all these excuses are LIES. These lies are nails we box our selves into that prevents us from living the life that we want and leaving a very important tool behind, DISCIPLINE.
We can only succeed when we stop telling ourselves why we can’t. We can stop making these excuses, and live our truth. The truth is you have all that you need to not ever need these NAILS of excuses. The truth will stop you from kicking the can down the road in life that comes with the lack of discipline. Its time to nail all those excuses shut them in a box and listen to YOUR Truth. With all the marketing around Valentine’s day each year, the images of “love” can give us a sense of “fullness” or it can give us a feeling of “lack” in our lives.
If we come to think of it, we are always bombarded with an idealistic picture that love, looks, acts and feels a certain way. No wonder so many are hungry and expect more out of love. But the truth is how much of the story we are told coincide with what can be a reality for us.
Even though sometimes it feels like we are stuck on the wrong side of the river of love, the good news is you are NOT alone and there are tools for you to cultivate and experience the love you want to have in your life. Equally, the good news is an abundance of love is always inside of you. There is just one obstacle in your way. It is your mind and the preprogrammed thoughts about what love should or should not look like.
If you are feeling a lack of love, could it be because of your old preprogrammed thoughts that are keeping the love that you deserve from entering into your life?”
Every day of our lives, we will always get triggered by others and especially by those that we love. How you respond in those moments will either bring more love into your life or drive it away. You will never be able to stop the world from being what it is and poking at your emotions. You can, however, change how you perceive it. And you can change your response to it. Your reactions may have isolated you and repelled love away. In that isolation, it’s easy to believe that you have lost access to love because you don’t have access to the people you want love from. With that mistaken idea of lack, it’s common to respond with something but love. It is a perfect recipe for more loneliness and negativity in our lives.

Meditation has been around for thousand of years and proven to awaken inner happiness and strengthen your intuition. The practice of meditation is to quiet your mind so that you can experience the truth of who you are. Which can only be found in the present moment of NOW. The practice of meditation cultivates mindful awareness and expanded consciousness.
Humans are smart enough to land on the moon, build successful companies, invent cures to disease and so on… yet many people complain to me that that can’t meditate. WHY?
The voice inside your head which is an accumulation of your personally, filtered, past, experiences or YOU the indwelling being; who witnesses your life as it happens, who witnesses your thoughts, and witnesses your emotions, all which are not you.
When you meditate you awaken and melt into witness consciousness and meditation becomes the most exquisite and enjoyable part of your day. It’s your fuel to reboot you back to inner peace, abundant self-love and ever-new joy so that you can experience life with the absence of suffering.

“When I took the first step up the stairs leading to Inshallah, the space where I (unknowingly) was about to receive a bright and life changing spiritual awakening, I was trapped in a web of self doubt and insecurity that my mind had woven meticulously throughout my entire life. I had created a corrosive image of myself that bled through every aspect of my life and churned though my soul. A moon was formed that loomed over my being at every moment of existence, creating a cycle of negativity and self hatred that bore huge waves, crashing down onto my inner child and destroying his innocence. These waves took on different forms. Some came in the form of a fist directed at my face, some as nights where I would intentionally deprive myself of sleep so I would be rendered useless the next day, and some came as entire months where I would segregate myself from the people I loved so I could wallow in my self pity and deprive myself of the life. When I looked in the mirror I saw someone who was broken, I saw damaged goods, I saw someone struggling to find a glimpse of a will to live. So I took a leap of faith and signed up for the Journey.
I flew into San Francisco from the Philippines, took the greyhound down to San Diego, and got in the car that drove me to the Inshallah. I was ready to embrace whatever came my way during to the training, and even then I was caught completely off guard. Over the course of the week, I rediscovered my sense of feeling and self, which had been there all along, blocked by the shadow my ego casted over my entire existence. I saw so clearly what I had been longing for during the darkest times of my life. I was shocked to find that it lied within myself. Source Journey was a truly life empowering experience for me. It helped me realize my connectivity to the world and open up to the world of existence that laid within myself. Outside of my inner growth and personal spiritual development I have entered into a community dedicated to self realization and living their best life. I am so grateful for my compadres who I went through the training with, as they showed me that everyone is going through it, and I am not alone.”
