In this hectic world creating peace and calmness seems nearly impossible at times.  The outside world gives us many opportunities to get caught up in the mundaneness of daily routine, obligations, responsibilities and our ‘to-do’ list that just keeps growing.  Everyone experiences moments in their life when you need to create and feel some safety, security and peace of mind.

Today’s ‘Quick Shift’ restores the body back to it’s natural circulation which calms the mind and helps you to relax.  Is a simple power pose that we all need to do more often.  Usually simple is the best kept secret.
