High stress over a long period of time breaks down the body.
Many people say they “I don’t have time to meditate” so here’s something that’ll take only seconds out of your day.
When you tense the body and release the body, you are training it to relax and rest post stress.
In every day life it’s important to tighten your muscles and tense your body.
On your inhale, tense the body and then relax the body on the exhale.
Then sit in silence for 10 seconds (minimum). Simply start there.

3. Relax the body
4. Pause for 10 seconds
A little more clarity will come to mind. And a little more peace will enter your day.
