We think complaining will help us get what we want, when in actuality, it does the reverse.
It pushes you away from what you desire.
Think about what you tend to complain about.
When you ask yourself “Why me?” or “Why is this happening?” you’ll get a pitiful response that keeps you stuck in your rut of complaining.
So instead, ask “What can I do differently?” or “How can I approach this differently?”
Get constructive with your question asking.
Your brain is like a computer and it will spit out answers based on the quality of the question.
People gravitate towards positivity so turn complaining into positive question asking.
