Buddha answered this when he was asked what have he’s gained from meditation.
“Nothing, however…”, Buddha said, “…let me tell you what I lost: Anger, Anxiety, Depression, Insecurity, Fear of Old Age and Death.”
Nothing can change your souls perfection. The trick is, your perfection is hiding inside for you to re-discover. One tool for you to tap into that perfection is, meditation.
Once you practice the tool of meditation, you begin to unravel your imperfections and live into your True state of being, which is Love and Joyfulness.
The key with meditation (just like everything else) is consistent practice.
For best results practice two times a day for 15 minutes.
