These things can be exhilarating, for a moment, but you’re left constantly craving more or feeling hopeless in the depths of your down.

Adopting a meditation practice will quiet your senses and allow you to tap into the happiness that lies within.

The one thing that gets in our way during meditation is the voice inside our head that doesn’t want to shut up.

This voice also tends to take us down during the day like when we’re trying to go to the gym and the voice says, “Your back hurts remember, you shouldn’t go workout.”

But then when you’re getting dressed it says, “Those pants are way too tight, you really need to go to the gym.”

What nonsense!
